Sales are final

Since our products are highly customizable, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. For every order, a proof is provided to the customer's email address in order to validate that the artwork was made following the personalization provided by the customer. 

 

Set of Wood Frames

All Wood Frames sets can be returned during the first 15 days after taking delivery. All frames must be unopened, otherwise a 15% restock fee will be charged. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.

Mistakes, damaged products, or any other issue related
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. A new item or a refund will be immediately provided.

Missing orders 
For orders missing during shipping, a claim will be file with USPS, and a replacement will be shipped out.
